Petty's Irrigation and Landscape

About Petty's Irrigation and Landscape

Before sunrise in Whitehouse, a low mist lifts off Lake Tyler and drifts into the loblolly pines while the first sprinklers of the day tick across the lawns. Petty's Irrigation and Landscape works in this East Texas town, and its name says plainly what it tends: water, grass and the planted ground around them. Lawns are mowed and trimmed, borders are kept tidy along the beds, and irrigation is put to work where an August dry spell would otherwise brown the yard. When the afternoon heat finally presses down through the pine shade, the grass is still holding its color. Water put where it belongs is a small victory, and in Whitehouse it shows in the green.
