SMS Text Message Alerts
SnowLawn sends transactional SMS messages to keep you informed about your account and bookings. Consent is not required to use SnowLawn.
Message Types
- ✓Booking confirmations — confirming your scheduled service
- ✓Provider arrival updates — notifying you when a provider is on the way
- ✓Service completion alerts — confirmation when your service is done
- ✓Account & security alerts — verification codes and account notifications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel and opt out at any time. Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
Sample Messages
SnowLawn: Your booking is confirmed for [DATE/TIME]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
SnowLawn: Your provider is on the way and arriving in about [X] minutes. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
SnowLawn: Your service is complete. View details in your account. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Important: Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any SnowLawn services. You may use SnowLawn without providing SMS consent.
Managing Your Preferences
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SnowLawn text message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings after logging in. To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.
Also collected at registration
SMS consent is also collected during account registration at snowlawn.net/register via an optional, unchecked checkbox. Checkbox is unchecked by default — users must explicitly check it to grant consent.
