SMS Text Messages

SnowLawn always sends transactional texts — booking confirmations, arrival updates, and account/security notifications — to keep your service and account working, per our Terms of Service (§18). The opt-in below controls marketing texts: product news and offers. Consent is not required to use SnowLawn, and replying STOP to any message stops all texts.

Message Types

Always sent (transactional — Terms §18, regardless of the opt-in above):

✓Booking confirmations — confirming your scheduled service
✓Provider arrival updates — notifying you when a provider is on the way
✓Service completion alerts — confirmation when your service is done
✓Account & security alerts — verification codes and account notifications

Only with the consent above (marketing):

✓Product news & offers — occasional SnowLawn updates and promotions

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop all SnowLawn texts, including transactional booking and account messages. Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.

Sample Messages (transactional — always on)

SnowLawn: Your booking is confirmed for [DATE/TIME].

SnowLawn: Your provider is on the way and arriving in about [X] minutes.

SnowLawn: Your service is complete. View details in your account.

Reply STOP to any SnowLawn message at any time to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help.

Important: Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any SnowLawn services. You may use SnowLawn without providing SMS consent.

Managing Your Preferences

Replying STOP to any SnowLawn text stops all texts — marketing and transactional alike. To turn off only marketing texts, use the “Marketing texts” toggle in your account settings after logging in. To re-subscribe after a STOP, reply START.
