Delete Your Data

SnowLawn (operated by WINDHAMTECH LLC) lets you permanently delete your account and the personal information associated with it, including any data linked to your account when you sign in with Facebook or Google. You can do this yourself in the app, or request it by email.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

1. Sign in to SnowLawn at https://snowlawn.net (use the same Facebook or Google account you signed up with).
2. Go to Account (your profile menu → Account).
3. Scroll to Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email admin@snowlawn.net from the email address on your account (or tell us the name/phone you signed up with) and ask us to delete your data. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your personal information is removed or anonymized: name, email, phone, password, and profile picture.
• Any linked sign-in identifiers are cleared, including your Facebook and Google account IDs — SnowLawn will no longer be connected to your Facebook or Google account.
• Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used to sign in.

What we may retain

To meet legal, tax, and financial-record obligations, transactional records tied to completed bookings, payments, and invoices are kept in anonymized form (no longer linked to you personally). We retain these only as long as required and as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you own a business account

If you are the primary owner of a provider business that has other team members, you'll be asked to transfer ownership to another admin (or remove the other members) before your personal account can be deleted, so the business isn't left without an owner.
