About Stewart Land Designs

Long before the subdivisions, German farm families worked the sandy ground around Tomball, and each spring the town still raises a glass to them at its German Heritage Festival. Out at Kleb Woods Nature Preserve, kept from one of those old homesteads, the woods and meadows show how this land looked when it was left to itself. Stewart Land Designs takes ground like that and gives it intention: landscape design that lays out a yard's beds and lines, and lawn care that keeps the plan legible from the street. In the low, slanting light of a December afternoon, with the oaks gone bronze and the air cool for once, a designed yard holds together like a farmhouse quilt, every piece where it belongs.
