Crimson Landscape

About Crimson Landscape

In the long evenings of late June, the crepe myrtles of Richardson come into full bloom, and whole streets blush pink, white and deep crimson under a sky that will not let go of the light. Crimson Landscape shares its name with the boldest of those colors and tends the yards beneath them. Early summer here means trimming shrubs back into shape, pulling the weeds that thrive in the heat and mowing before lawns get away from their owners. At sunset, with the blossoms glowing and the grass freshly mown, a Richardson yard looks like it is celebrating something.
