J. Cordell Landscape & Irrigation

About J. Cordell Landscape & Irrigation

At dusk on a cool December evening, the red-brick storefronts along 15th Street in Historic Downtown Plano glow amber, a DART train slides into the station, and the lawns of Haggard Park go dim and still. J. Cordell Landscape & Irrigation works both halves of a yard: the planted beds people admire and the irrigation lines no one thinks about until something goes dry or a pipe meets a hard freeze. Winter is the season for getting both in order, with beds tidied and zones checked and set for the short, cold months. When spring comes, the garden simply carries on, as if the soil had decided on its own to be generous.
