Southeast Arbor Care

About Southeast Arbor Care

Pasadena lives close to the water, between the working banks of the Houston Ship Channel and the marshy, wooded edges of Armand Bayou, and its trees take everything Gulf-side life throws at them. Wet ground, steady humidity and the storms that push in off Galveston Bay each hurricane season all test a canopy. Southeast Arbor Care looks after those trees, trimming and pruning the live oaks and other shade trees that cool the town's streets and backyards. The morning after a big blow, with limbs across driveways and the air smelling of wet bark, careful tree work brings a property back to order, while steady pruning in calm weather, opening a crown so wind can slip through, helps it face the next one. Beneath a healthy live oak canopy, a Pasadena street keeps its shade through the long, sticky summer.
