About Austin Hydroseed, LLC

Out where Leander's newest streets are still being paved, every yard starts as bare, pale dirt scraped smooth by the graders, a lot that is only an idea of a lawn. Austin Hydroseed, LLC turns that idea green, spraying a slurry of seed and mulch across the ground in a bright wash that clings to slopes and settles into every low spot. Then comes the waiting, and the small daily wonder of it: a faint green fuzz at first, then a soft carpet spreading from wall to wall. When the early autumn rains finally break the summer, a hydroseeded lawn drinks them in and roots down before winter. It is a joy to drive a street that was all dust in September and see kids playing on new grass by spring.
