Sicola's Landscape

About Sicola's Landscape

Seven o'clock on a late-June morning along White Oak Bayou, and the southern magnolias are holding up their great cream blossoms like teacups. Mockingbirds run through their whole borrowed songbook from the fence posts while the trail fills with dog walkers beating the heat. Sicola's Landscape tends Houston lawns, and those cooler early hours, before the sun turns every sidewalk into a griddle, are when a fresh cut looks its finest. Grass is cut clean, bed edges are pulled back from the walk, and the lawn is left neat from porch to street. The pride shows in the small things: a straight seam where lawn meets driveway, nothing left ragged around the mailbox.
