About Mike Ball Irrigation

In Houston the sky hands out water by the bucketful: a summer thunderhead can stall over a single neighborhood and drown it in an hour. Rain sheets off the rooftops and races for the bayous, and a week later the same lawn is parched and pale under a white-hot sun. Mike Ball Irrigation carries water right in its name, and its lawn care here is about getting a yard steadily through that whiplash. Each lawn is mowed at a sensible height and tended so the roots dig deep and the blades keep their color through the dry spells. There is real pleasure in a yard that shrugs off August, cool and soft underfoot when the sun finally drops.
