About Eden Grounds Inc

First light in late June arrives already humid, a pearly haze hanging over backyards where Houston's fig trees sag with ripening fruit. It is a garden-city kind of morning, the sort the name Eden Grounds Inc seems to promise, and the company does lawn care and grounds upkeep across Houston. Dew beads on the broad grass blades, and the work begins before the sun climbs and the air turns to soup. A yard finished at that hour has a freshly drawn look: grass level, clippings blown off the walk, bed edges as clean as a pencil line. By the time the cicadas start up, the ground is in order and the day can do its worst.
