About Asplundh Tree Expert Co.

December strips Houston's pecans and cedar elms down to their architecture, and a gray morning after rain is when you can read a tree's whole branching structure against the sky. Along the broad limbs of the live oaks, resurrection fern that hung brown and curled through the dry weeks unrolls green within hours of a soaking. Asplundh Tree Expert Co. does tree work in Houston, trimming and pruning so the canopy keeps its balance over roofs, drives and yards. Lifting a low limb or thinning a crowded crown lets the sky back in and leaves the tree set for the gusty months that blow in off the Gulf. Walk any shaded Houston street and you see how much of the city's character lives overhead.
