Vista Lawn and Landscapes

About Vista Lawn and Landscapes

In January, the Ashe junipers on the hills west of Georgetown loose their pollen in drifting, smoky clouds: cedar season, as any local with a sneeze will tell you. It is also the season of the long view, when the grass lies dormant, the pecans and elms stand leafless, and the land rolls out toward the Hill Country under a wide, rinsed sky while sunsets burn low and orange across the ridges. In these quieter months the work Vista Lawn and Landscapes does, from winter cleanup to trimming to bed and landscape care, matters most, because nothing hides behind summer green. A shapely shrub and a leaf-free lawn stand out beautifully against that spare winter light. Then, when spring returns, the yard is already a vista of its own, ready to be admired through the window.
