Keep Austin Mowed

About Keep Austin Mowed

The Williamson County Courthouse has stood over Georgetown's square for more than a century, its dome rising above the old storefronts as a fixed point while everything around it keeps growing. In September, when the first rains break the summer and the Bermuda and St. Augustine come roaring back, the town's lawns do a great deal of growing at once. Keep Austin Mowed meets that surge with mowing, edging and trimming that keep a yard from getting away from its owner. The satisfaction lives in the rhythm: stripes laid down evenly, walks edged sharp, clippings blown clear of the driveway. Under that steady dome, a newly mowed lawn is Georgetown's everyday version of good housekeeping.
