About G R Landscaping

November arrives softly in Georgetown, mostly in the cedar elms, which turn a pale butter-yellow while the live oaks beside them stay stubbornly green. West of town, Lake Georgetown lies still and pewter under the first proper cold fronts, fed by the North San Gabriel coming down out of the hills. G R Landscaping works the yards through that change: the last mows of the year, fallen leaves lifted from beds and lawns, shrubs shaped before growth slows to a crawl. There is a particular contentment in a lawn put to bed neatly, its lines still clean as the grass fades to winter tan. Come spring, that tidy finish is the head start a Central Texas yard has been waiting for.
