About Excel Pools & Landscaping

Flint sits in the piney woods of Smith County, where loblollies tower over red sandy soil and Lake Palestine shines a short drive to the west. Summer here runs green, humid and long, and by a July afternoon the shade under the pines is the coolest spot around, unless there's a pool. Excel Pools & Landscaping works on pools and the landscaping around them, so a yard carved from the woods becomes a backyard that invites a swim. Blue water, planted beds, tall trunks standing guard at the edge of the grass: it is East Texas at its most inviting. At dusk the cicadas start up, and the water holds the last light well past sundown.
