Eliot's Landscape

About Eliot's Landscape

Mornings in Bulverde often begin with deer stepping through the yard, sampling anything tender before slipping back into the cedar brakes. Out here in the Comal County hills the soil is thin, the rock sits close to the surface, and a landscape has to be planned with those visitors in mind. Eliot's Landscape reads that ground carefully, laying out beds and plantings that can ride out dry spells and browsing deer alike. In May, as the mornings warm and the first triple-digit days loom, that foresight shows in a yard still full and green. It is landscaping that gives each home a garden of its own without pretending the hills are not there.
