About Benchmark Landscaping

Loblolly pines tower over Bullard's red clay roads, and every March the dogwoods light up the understory like scattered lanterns. This is green, wet East Texas country, and a yard carved from these woods will slip back into them given half a chance. Benchmark Landscaping keeps the woods at a polite distance, mowing, raking out pine straw, shaping beds and keeping the lawn distinct from the forest around it. Redbuds flush purple along the edges in spring, and a tended landscape lets that color stand out instead of drowning in undergrowth. On a misty morning with the pines still dripping, a Benchmark yard reads as a clearing made on purpose.
