J&L Hardscapes

About J&L Hardscapes

Long after an Austin summer sunset, stone still gives back the day's heat, warm under bare feet on a patio at ten at night. Limestone is this city's native tongue — pale blocks cut from the surrounding hills built its old houses and hold up its terraced yards — and a path laid with care can outlast everyone who walks it. J&L Hardscapes builds hardscapes, with lawn care besides, in a city made of that stone. Pavers set tight and level, steps that sit square, lines that stay straight where stone meets grass — that is where the skill lives. When the tree frogs start up and the stars come out, the patio is where the evening happens.
