On the night before the Fourth, Addison's sky bursts into color over Kaboom Town, and for a few hours the whole compact town seems gathered on blankets around Addison Circle Park. The next morning it is back to its usual rhythm: small planes lifting off Addison Airport, the lunch crowd filling patios along Belt Line Road, and yards and courtyards tucked in between it all. DC Landscape Design works at that close scale, where a single bed or a strip of lawn has to earn its place. The craft is landscape design and lawn care: choosing what grows where, setting lines that lead the eye, and keeping the grass in shape so the plan can show. In a town this size, a well-composed front yard gets noticed, and it deserves to.
