About Tallahassee Turf Company LLC

Lawns in Tallahassee keep a calendar of their own. Through the winter the warm-season grasses go dormant and fade to the pale gold of wheat, and then, sometime after the last frost, the green returns in a slow tide that starts on the sunny side of the yard. Tallahassee Turf Company LLC works with that rhythm, mowing at the right height as growth comes back, trimming the borders, and keeping the turf even from the street to the porch. By June, with the southern magnolias opening their big white cups, a cared-for lawn here has filled in thick and level. It is the kind of green that makes a front walk feel like an invitation.
