About Fielder & Associates

Downtown Tallahassee keeps its old capitol, red-and-white striped awnings and all, standing right in front of the new tower, and the pair say a great deal about the city: history held close, work carried on. Fielder & Associates approaches lawn care in that spirit, especially in October, when the heat finally breaks and the air turns dry and kind. The grass slows down, so the mowing becomes finishing work: edges trued up along the sidewalks, the walks swept of the first acorns, the yard brought into order for the cooler months. In the evening the light runs long and gold across Cascades Park, and a lawn set right that afternoon seems to share in it. It is steady, unshowy work for a capital city that knows the value of things done properly.
