Emerald Green Landscapes

About Emerald Green Landscapes

August in Tallahassee is thick and green, the air heavy enough to lean on and the cicadas droning from every pine. Most afternoons the clouds pile up and break open around four, and the lawns drink it all in and grow as if they're racing. Emerald Green Landscapes keeps pace with that surge, mowing often enough to stay ahead, reining in hedges the heat keeps pushing outward, and clearing the clippings from every path. Around Lake Ella the walkers come back out once the rain passes, circling the water in the washed light. A yard mowed and trimmed that morning gleams then like the stone it's named for, every blade beaded and bright.
