About Artistic Landscaping

Spring in Tallahassee comes in a rush of color: azaleas flaring pink and coral beneath the pines, dogwoods floating white along the hillsides. Artistic Landscaping works through that brief, extravagant season, when beds need clearing, shrubs want their shape back, and the lawn is waking from its winter tan. It is a city built on hills, so nearly every yard has a slope, and every border has to follow the lay of the land. The finished picture is a bed tidied and trimmed, the grass cut even across the rise, and a decisive line where the turf meets the drive. Against all that bloom, the effect is like a painting finally given its frame.
