About Powell Property Maintenance

On a festival Saturday in Pinellas Park you can hear the city being lived in — music drifting from the bandshell at England Brothers Park, kids on bikes, a radio playing in a carport down the block. Powell Property Maintenance does lawn care and property maintenance for the homes around all that, the concrete-block ranches and compact courts that make up so much of this Pinellas County city. The work is the everyday kind a neighborhood notices: grass cut to an even height, weeds kept out of the sidewalk seams, trimmings swept from the slab. By late afternoon, with palm shadows reaching across the street, a property looked after this way says plainly that someone cares about the corner it sits on.
