About New Zealand Irrigation LLC

Myakka City is cattle and horse country, where State Road 70 runs past open pasture, cabbage palms and the slow, dark loops of the Myakka River. Out here the dry season can last from late fall well into spring, and a lawn lives or dies by the water put to it. New Zealand Irrigation LLC builds and services the systems that carry that water, with lines, zones and sprinkler heads set so the spray lands on grass instead of the driveway. A system tuned right switches on before dawn, soaks the root zone and shuts off before the sandhill cranes start calling across the field. In a place this rural, a yard still green in April feels like a triumph.
