About Dreamscapes Outdoor Living and Design

Late in the day, when the low sun slants through Frank Lloyd Wright's covered esplanades at Florida Southern College, Lakeland glows the color of warm stone. Dreamscapes Outdoor Living and Design brings a feeling for line and shadow to the lawns of the town around that campus. A yard here is an outdoor room, lived in from the first mild evenings of October to the long, humid nights of August, and the grass is its floor. Dreamscapes keeps that floor mown level, the borders clean and the shrubs shaped so the space reads clearly from the porch. It is a quiet kind of architecture, renewed on every visit, and it leaves a home feeling finished.
