About Deep Roots Landscape Services

Beneath Deltona lies limestone, above it sand, and many of the round lakes dotted through town are old sinkholes where the ground gave way long ago and filled with rain. Deep Roots Landscape Services does lawn care and landscaping on that porous ground, where water drains away fast and grass has to reach down to stay green. Spring is the test: April and May run dry and bright, the sand heats quickly, and a lawn shows every bit of attention it gets. A yard mowed to a consistent height, its edges trimmed clean and its walk swept, holds its color until the June rains arrive and the whole town turns lush again. Deep Roots Landscape Services works that ground, from the sand up, in Deltona.
