Water Boy Sprinkler

About Water Boy Sprinkler

By April in Davie, the dry season has run for months, the canals sit low and glassy, and a lawn shows every gap in its sprinkler coverage as a brown arc or a thirsty corner. Water Boy Sprinkler works on the systems that carry a yard through those thin, dry weeks, replacing cracked heads, chasing down leaks, fixing valves and timers, and setting each spray so water lands on grass instead of pavement. It is unglamorous work, done mostly on hands and knees in the turf. Its reward arrives a little later, when the brown arcs fill in and the whole yard greens as one. Then the summer rains return, and a lawn kept whole through spring is ready to run with them.
