Ibbitson Tree Service

About Ibbitson Tree Service

When a nor'easter drives up the mouth of the Connecticut River, Old Saybrook wakes to flattened marsh grass, a scrubbed sky over the Lynde Point lighthouse and branches strewn across lawns from Saybrook Point to Main Street. Shade trees here take the wind from two sides, in off Long Island Sound and down the river valley, and they show it. Ibbitson Tree Service does the work those mornings call for: tree care, clearing what came down, and lawn care to set the yard right again. Ospreys wheel back over the coves as the clouds break. With the last limb gone and the grass cut even, a shoreline yard is ready for the next blue day.
