About Green Acres Landscape & Design LLC

In Newtown the flagpole stands right in the middle of Main Street, and on a bright July afternoon the flag snaps above a run of white colonial houses with wide green front lawns. A little way along, the Ram Pasture opens up, a reminder of how much room this town gives to open grass. Green Acres Landscape & Design works yards across Newtown, designing landscapes and keeping lawns cut, edged and trimmed so each property sits easily on its piece of land. The hills roll from Main Street toward the Housatonic and Lake Zoar, and a well-planned yard follows those contours instead of fighting them. And there is the simple delight of a mowing line that runs straight all the way to the trees.
