Greenside Lawn & Garden

About Greenside Lawn & Garden

New Milford's town green runs long and narrow through the heart of the village, and on the morning after a winter storm it lies under unbroken snow while Bank Street waits to be dug out. Greenside Lawn & Garden plows and clears in this river town, opening driveways and walks so people can get down the hill and on with the day. Once the snowbanks shrink to gray crusts, the business goes back to lawns and flower beds. There is the first spring mowing, then edging, beds cleaned out and mulched, and lawns kept cut right through the summer. The name says it plainly: green beside the house when the weather is warm, and a clear path to the door when it is not.
