About Gilgert's Landscaping

Turlock was built on irrigation water; the Turlock Irrigation District was the first of its kind in California, and the town still feels like a garden a canal made possible. In late February the almond orchards around town break into white bloom, and petals drift onto lawns and driveways like a mild, warm snowfall. Gilgert's Landscaping does landscaping and lawn care in Turlock, mowing, edging and shaping yards for the season ahead. Set between the Tuolumne and the Merced rivers, with Main Street's old storefronts at its heart, Turlock in spring is the valley at its gentlest, and a yard set right then carries that ease all summer.
