About JPM Landscape and Design

Every May the Municipal Rose Garden in San Jose bursts into thousands of blooms, and the neighborhood around it, fittingly named Rose Garden, dresses up its front yards to match. JPM Landscape and Design brings that sense of occasion to lawns across San Jose: grass cut low and lush, borders shaped with intention, a yard that frames the house instead of competing with it. The design half of the work is about proportion, deciding where lawn should open up and where planting should close in. The care that follows keeps the picture in focus. Stroll those tree-lined blocks on a warm spring evening and you can see what a tended lawn does for a home: it makes the whole place look glad to be there.
