Del Sol Landscape Maintenance & Design

About Del Sol Landscape Maintenance & Design

Del sol means of the sun, and San Jose has plenty of it: long August afternoons when the Diablo Range glows gold to the east and heat shimmers off the pavement into the evening. Del Sol Landscape Maintenance & Design looks after lawns and yards that have to live under that sky. In heat like this, maintenance is a matter of rhythm: a sensible height of cut, edges kept neat, beds tidied before the worst of the afternoon. Design takes the longer view, shaping a yard that still feels inviting when the hills have turned the color of a lion's coat. At dusk, when the breeze finally drifts in off the bay, the lawn is green and cool underfoot.
