About Sagebrush Garden Design

Under the stained-glass dome of the old county courthouse on Courthouse Square, Redwood City keeps its history; out in its neighborhoods, the gardens keep a calendar of their own. Sagebrush Garden Design brings garden design and lawn care to Redwood City yards, where the mild bay-side weather lets something grow in nearly every month. September is the soft heart of the year here — warm afternoons, cool nights, the fog mostly hanging back over the ridges to the west. It is the right moment to rethink a garden's shape, refresh the lawn and tighten every edge before winter's wet weather. Done well, a yard in this town becomes an easy open-air room, made for lingering.
