Visionary Landscape

About Visionary Landscape

In February the orchards around Delhi go white, and for a few weeks the almond bloom makes the flat floor of the San Joaquin Valley look wrapped in lace. Delhi is a small farming community along Highway 99 in Merced County, near the Merced River, where the land runs level and the sky feels enormous. Visionary Landscape's part in that picture is lawn care, giving yards a regular mow and a clean perimeter so they hold their shape between orchard rows and open fields. When blossom time passes and the valley heat climbs toward summer, a freshly cut lawn becomes a pocket of cool green against the dust. Visionary means seeing a yard as it could look, then keeping it there, week after week.
