Chino Hills lives up to its name: ridge after ridge of open grassland folding toward the state park, gold through the long summer and briefly, brilliantly green after the winter rains. Along Carbon Canyon Road the slopes close in, and horse trails still cut across the hills above the rooftops. Coolwater Pools and Landscape works on pools, lawns and landscapes, which makes sense in a place where summer afternoons beg for a swim.
