About Webb's Lawn Services

Morning comes early to Torrington, and the low fog lifting off the North Platte holds the smell of cut grass longer than it has any right to. Webb's Lawn Services works the yards from that first hour, when the meadowlarks are still sorting out the fenceposts and the dew makes every blade stand up straight. Mowing, trimming, edging — the work is plain to name and slow to do well, and a lawn that got walked before it got mowed shows it in the finish. There is a real satisfaction in an edge cut clean along a sidewalk, a line so straight the eye follows it all the way to the corner. By the time the sun is full up over town, the clippings are hauled and the yard has gone quiet again.
