About Property Rehab

Property Rehab spends most days inside Gillette's older houses — the ones getting new wiring, new floors, a second chance at a long life — where the real work happens far from any window. But a renovation stalls fast if nobody can get up the front walk, so the same crew clears driveways and steps at whatever job site is active that week, scraping down to concrete before the crew inside even arrives. There's a particular kind of quiet on those job-site mornings, snow squeaking underfoot in the cold, a path opened up to a house mid-transformation under a sky still holding onto the last gray of night. It's a small, practical service, but it keeps the bigger work moving on schedule through a season that doesn't wait for anyone.
