Priority Property Management

About Priority Property Management

Priority Property Management keeps track of doors all over Gillette — rental houses, small apartment buildings, the kind of properties where a tenant's morning depends on someone remembering the driveway needs clearing before they leave for work. Winter adds a second job to the list: the same crew that handles leases and repairs also runs the plow routes, working from property to property while morning light comes up gray and slow over rooftops still rimmed in frost. There's satisfaction in the list itself getting shorter — one more walkway swept, one more lot scraped to blacktop, one more tenant who won't have to shovel before their shift. It's quiet, dependable work, the kind that only gets noticed when it isn't done.
