Earth Work Solutions spends most of the year shaping raw ground on the edges of Gillette — leveling pads, cutting drainage, moving the dirt that new construction needs before anything else can happen. Come winter, the same graders and loaders turn to snow, pushing it back off building sites and commercial lots so that work doesn't stop just because the ground turned white overnight. There's a satisfaction in watching a lot go from drifted-in to squared-off in under an hour, banks pushed neatly to the property line instead of piled wherever the storm left them. Out here, where the land itself is still being shaped block by block, keeping it clear feels like just another stage of the same job.
