About Green Life Solutions

Some October mornings the frost lies white on the sage along the Paul Stock trail and burns off by nine, and the lawns in between get one more good week of growing. Green Life Solutions works that shoulder of the year closely — the last cuts taken a little lower, leaves cleared before they mat, a fall feeding put down to carry the roots through the cold. Cody soil runs alkaline and thin in places, so the job is as much about feeding and thickening a stand as it is about cutting it. Weeds get handled before they seed, and bare patches get seed and attention instead of an excuse. Come the following May a lawn treated that way comes up even, and that is the whole point of the fall.
