About D.W. Latimer Inc

Sheridan Avenue wakes up slowly in winter, storefronts dark until well past the hour D.W. Latimer's crew has already cleared the sidewalks in front of them. Cody's downtown sits low against the basin, and cold air pools there overnight, so a dusting that melts on the benches above town can sit stubborn and packed downtown until someone scrapes it loose. This crew works the commercial stretch and the side streets behind it, plowing lots before delivery trucks arrive and clearing the walks before the first customers do. There's a rhythm to it that matches the town's own rhythm — quiet, unhurried, done before most people are looking. By the time the Irma's flag goes up and the coffee shops open, the block already looks like a normal Tuesday.
