About Blue Ribbon Lawn & Landscape, LLC

For one week in July the whole town aims itself at Frontier Park, the streets fill with visiting trucks, and every front yard in Cheyenne is suddenly on display. Blue Ribbon Lawn & Landscape, LLC spends the run-up to it doing what the week demands: cut low and even, edges sharpened along the drives, string trimming tight to the porch steps. The rest of the calendar is steadier — fertilization, weed control, aeration, the fall cleanup that puts a yard to bed before the ground locks. There is a satisfaction to a mown lawn seen from a passing car, all one color, all one direction. Company is coming; the grass ought to look like somebody was expecting them.
