About RS Services

Up on the bench below Casper College, spring shows itself in patches — the south-facing slopes green up first while the shaded strips are still dun and waiting. RS Services starts the year there, reading which yards need feeding and which need seed, then mowing as the whole bench catches up in the space of about two weeks in May. Edges are recut after a winter of drift and grit, trimming goes in around the retaining walls, and overseeding fills the thin places before the heat arrives. From those streets you can see the whole town laid out below, which is a fair reminder that a yard is part of a view. Bringing one back from patchy to even is the most satisfying stretch of the season.
