About Summer's Enterprise LLC

The sky over Steubenville goes a flat gray-yellow an hour before the real snow starts, and anybody who has spent a winter in this valley knows exactly what that color means. Summer's Enterprise LLC is out ahead of it — salt down early, then plowing through the evening and into the night as the accumulation builds against the hills. Driveways opened, lots pushed back to their edges, walks and steps cleared by hand so the way in is solid underfoot. Ice is the real adversary here, the kind that forms after a thaw and hides on a shaded slope, so treatment matters as much as the blade. By the time the streetlights are shining on clean pavement, the work has done what it was meant to do.
