About Hometown Lawn Care

Spencer gathers around its courthouse square, and from there the town spills off toward Spring Creek and climbs into the hollows on every side. Hometown Lawn Care runs those streets week by week — the deep front yards near the square, the steep side lots where the mower goes across the slope, the places out the county roads where grass meets treeline. Cuts get timed to the weather, which in Roane County can turn a dry week into a hayfield after one good storm rolls through. Trimming follows the walks and the porch skirts and the fence corners, and the clippings come off the concrete before the truck moves on. It is the sort of upkeep nobody comments on and everybody notices the moment it stops.
