About Earth Works Greencare, Inc.

The soil along the Ohio here is old river silt, dropped and dropped again, and it grows grass like it means to prove something. Earth Works Greencare, Inc. mows on that bottomland behind the floodwall where sycamores lean pale over the bank, keeping turf even, trimming tight to the trunks, edging the walk into a crisp margin. Summer air off the water sits heavy by noon, so the good work happens in the long cool of morning. What a customer sees at the end of the day is simple and worth the sweat: an even lawn, a clean line, a drive with nothing scattered across it. From the riverfront streets out through Wood County, that is the standard the route runs on.
