About D&R Services

Around five on a summer afternoon the shade finally reaches the water at Ridenour Lake, the geese come back in off the grass, and Nitro settles into its best hour. D&R Services is usually still out in it, finishing the day's mowing while the light is long and the heat has broken. The work covers the ordinary and necessary things — cutting, trimming out the corners a mower cannot reach, edging where turf meets pavement, and cleanups for yards that have run wild. In this town the lots sit close together, so one kept lawn lifts the two beside it, and that adds up down a whole block. Nothing about it is complicated; it is just done all the way to the edges, every time.
